Younger person needs sarms

I work as an EMT and workout at our city gym
We don’t have a lot of free weights, just machines
I train about 4 to 5 times a week for about an hour and a half each time
what do you recommend I use in terms of sarms if i wanted to gain some more mass and gain strength?
I heard rad140 was good, but is it okay for a younger person?
 
you aren't gonna get an optimal workout at some shitty gym like that. but it doesn't mean you can't still workout and get results

just depends on your goals. for what you want rad is a great option. i would try 10mgs a day for 12 weeks and add GW
 
you can take everything under the sun but if you are not training properly it wont make any sort of difference whatsoever... so before you even consider it, you need to get that aspect of everything figured out first
 
Hard training proper diet quality sleep goes a long way in quality muscle gains. Something is off with those got to look at all aspects before jumping to performance compounds. They are meant to compliment not replacement

Rad is fine, 25mgs rad140/day with some cardarine 20mgs/day and n2guard daily too
 
usually rad is stacked with gw and organ support

For mass gain and strength gain, nothing beats real food. Nutrient dense food and a lot of it. You will put on size and strength before you know it.
