I’m looking to take something to help me digest my food better
if you had to pick a different supplement for this purpose which would it be
I’m specifically looking for something that I can take either before or during my meals
I’m going to be increasing my protein consumption

take digestive enzymes and probiotics ed
and you should get some fiber in your diet
