How to add ancillaries to cycle

5’10’’
210 pounds
15% body fat
This will be my 3rd cycle but my first 2 i ran a while back when i was in college
I’m gonna do sustanon250 and dianabol. 500mgs and 20mgs
Which ancillaries do I need and how do I run them during cycle. A friend mentioned clomid and nolvadex
 
when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for... Dylan gave you the proper PCT to follow. You also need an aromatase inhibitor, either aromasin or arimidex but I would go with aromasin on this particular cycle. N2Generate and N2Guard should be added as well
