Hey, all new Aussie to the forum, but I thought I would start my basic fat burning cycle here. Currently, we will only be using Clen and GW501516, with no other PED until back to a lower body fat level.
Will update weight tommorow upon wake up and do a update every few days. For me personally I find it easier to cut on a low carb diet I know calories in calories out but for me mentally this way works better .
Calories will start at 2600 and will tapper them down with progress and any stalls in weightloss. Currently height is 194cm or 6 foot 4 and I'd say roughly 18-20% bodyfat.
Basicly cycle layout will be
Clen @ 80mcg going upto 150mcg
GW501516 20mg split into AM/ PM
