Thank you sir! Yeah my diet is super clean. I’m very allergic to gluten. I have celiac disease. So I’m forced to eat at home for a majority of my meals and I eat a lot of vegetables and meat. I can’t eat donuts or junk food but if I could I definitely would. I see it as a blessing now.

Today I went to Jiu Jitsu class at 11am. We drilled leg locks for an hour and then We did about a half hour of situational training. After that I rolled ten 6 minute rounds back to back with no breaks. When I got home I did 5 sets of 10 pull ups.

I had breakfast at 8am. I had my usual 6 eggs fried in olive. For lunch I had an 8oz beef burger with a lettuce wrap, tomato and onions. I also had some French fries. It was a small plates worth of fries. For dinner I’m going to have a cup of rice with an 8oz chicken curry dish. For dessert I will eat a half pound of dates.

how are your knees with all the bjj work? I usually pull guard and don’t wrestle much. We were doing a lot of wrestling this month and my knees were definitely starting to feel sore. I’m glad we are back to doing Jiu Jitsu again cause my body was taking a serious beating.

The are holding up pretty well. I’m more of a guard player and my knees don’t take as much of a beating. Wrestling really puts alot of wear and tear on the body and we were wrestling for most of the month. I’m glad we are back to training and drilling Jiu Jitsu moves and techniques. I got some great rolls in today and got a lot of submissions. Today was a good day. I was the hammer today. Some days I’m the nail.

Situationals are when we start with our training partners in bad positions or sometimes equal positions and work till one of us gets out or gets a submission. Today we took turns taking the back for two minutes each turn. Then we switch partners and do it again. The guy who has his back taken has to defend submission attempts and get his back to the mat to escape. The guy who has their partners back has to submit them within two minutes or at least keep their back for as long as possible. They are live rounds and help prepare us for overtime in competitions.
