Approved Log My Opening Day - 1st Cycle - Rookie Log

Apologies for the lack of updates as there has not been a lot to report.

On the healing front, I am 5 weeks Post Op from the Achilles tendon surgery and am doing fantastic. I started doing pull ups, push ups and core work 3 weeks ago, came of crutches 5 days ago and today was my first day back in the gym.

Currently on the below ...

Test Cyp 200MG once a week
HGH 2IU's a day
(Organ Support) Defend - Huge Supplements
Arimidex .5 MG twice a week
HCG 5IU's a week - For the last 2 weeks, my testis started to get small. (NO HCGENRATE ANYWHERE!)

Diet:
150-200G's of protein a day - Mostly animal protein chicken, center cut pork, beans, collagen and whey.
100-150G's of carbs a day - Mostly veggies broccoli, carrots, squash, brown rice
Fruits - Straws, Bananas, Apples, Grapes, Pineapple
Nuts - Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios, Cashews
4000MG of fish oil a day

I would like to add I ran TB500 and BPC 157 for 2 weeks along with the HGH.

I am healing way ahead of schedule and wanted some advice on next steps.

Do I need to PCT off the TRT? When should I look at coming off or can I stay on TRT until completely healed?
thats kind of personal if you stay on trt or do pct up to you...I know when I go on TRT I dont come off

Diet I like you keeping things high protein but why no omega 3 fish oil for recovery?

You dont need to PCT off TRT, just stay on TRT dose dont come off middle of recovery.
Staying on the TRT indefinitely. As for the Omega 3 fish oil, in the post I wrote I am taking 4000MG a day.

@bcbx212 4000mgs of fish oil not enough, 1 tbsp of fish oil is 14 grams aka 14,000 mgs, and you need 2 tbsp per day so you need to get some more fish oil

and hcgenerate is in stock now june 24 2023
