NapsGear Anyone Else Having Shipping/Delivery Issues???

I need some feedback yall cuz this shit is crazy!

So the last week of December I placed an order for some Ultima Test, it was product of the week. Few weeks later tracking said delivered but no pack. Naps tells me I have to provide proof from postal service that it wasn't delivered. Problem was that I only had the International tracking number and USPS can't do shit with that. Finally a month later Naps gets me the follow up domestic tracking number and USPS is sees that that package did not have my name or address on it but someone else's. They give me a letter and it gets re-shipped. Now yesterday believe it not, same exact thing. "Delivered in mailbox" but no pack!
I spoke with USPS and yet again, different name and address on package and not the same one as last time....
I want to add that in the middle of all this is placed a different order and it came just fine. Different brands though and probably different shipping warehouse.
This is what is really crazy though... I live in a small suburb of a very big city. It's basically part of the city bit as far as the address goes it's different. There is NOT A CHANCE IN HELL that on both of these instances someone else in this same small ass suburb is also getting a package from Naps so wtf is going on here??? This time they told me the person's name amd address and everything so this is real, they're not just being seized or anything like that but I can't come up work anything that makes sense..... is anyone else having anything like this happening?
 
Update.
Just left post office with the letter and this time they included the address. I just knocked on the door and the old lady that answered said they've not received any packages they weren't expecting.

@jj210tx Ultima is their own brand bro napsgear just sells it they dont ship it

i've ordered tons of ultima over the past 3-4 years and never had this happen

maybe they are dealing with issues lately. whatever the issue napsgear will get you taken care of. i'm sure they are aware of any issues
 
I've also ordered from them dozens of times and never anything like this and now 2 times back to back. Looks like it's time to find a replacement. I really kinda feel like these are just tracking numbers from idk where... no way did 2 other people in this little suburban area have Ultima packs coming at the exact same time and our tracking just get mixed up.. I've had that happen twice with another company and it was always multiple states away... both of these are less than 5 miles.. doesn't make any sense

No. Never had any issues with Naps when I had bits from them regularly.

It DOES sound like a seizure issue. IF it's specific to Ultima then that will be dealt with
 
I was kinda thinking seizure at first too until he gave me the person's address this time as well as the 1st to see whether it went to the same place as the 1st one did or not and showed it to me on the screen
