Yourmuscleshop

Is their website down? I ordered something last Wednesday from them, went to check the progress on it today and the website isn’t loading and USPS say it’s still waiting on the sender.

I think a lot of people are curious about this product.

you should log it for us so people can learn from you and we can guide you

I think that you will do really good on it you seem like you have a good attitude I'm looking forward to following your log

I definitely hope that you will log this.

it's important for you to run a solid diet and training while on it

This is what I have worked out so far. I’m 345 lbs, started at 390 two months ago, goal is 265-270 by October/November if I get set backs. My calorie intake isn’t where I want it to be but I’m working on that. I’ve cut out sugar (besides natural sugars, for example fruits and the like) altogether, no breads or pastas. Fish and chicken as my go to. Pairing that with the gym four times a week so far. I’m still building everything, trying to organize more my lifestyle more.

I’ve tried a lot of other options but having thyroid issues my doctor suggested trying it. Honestly I heard mixed reviews about it, but so far I’m actually enjoying it. It’s been a journey in just a short amount of time but it’s been worthwhile.

The first time I took it, the nausea took a little bit of getting used to, almost felt like a hangover but it went away fairly quickly as I started moving around. The key I’ve found is to get somewhat active.

The drawback is you basically have to remind yourself to eat and drink water, I set alarms on my phone to remind me.

For those starting out trying it, I suggest starting low .25 and then working upward if the hunger persists. But as someone who used to gorge themselves and eat their feelings, .25 worked wonders the first month. Afterwards I upped it to .5 when my hunger started coming back, been sitting on .5 since. It does what I need in order to curb the cravings, which are now nonexistent.

But one definitely should try to make lifestyle changes, ie: cut out sugars, fried foods etc because it’ll make you feel sick.

The fear some have is that the cravings and hunger will come back twofold if they stop taking it, but if you get yourself on a routine and maintain the lifestyle during the cycles and you’ll be just fine once you reach your goals because you’ll be so accustomed to it that it will seem just like an every day thing.

Also I posted the wrong ones in the post, this is the updated one of my goals.
