i've had lots of packages lost by usps. i wouldn't go chasing it down too much man. just ask your postman to double check the boxes tomorrow when they come out.. leave a nice letter on the mailboxes if you don't know when he will be out! i bet its in the wrong box
Deloading is a great strategy. A lot of people don't know how to do it. It's simple: drop your workouts by 50% in terms of the number of sets and reps, and that will give your body a breather.
