Is this close to your normal BP? I run low BP so when I do go high I can feel it. It happened 2 weeks ago for 3 days I was super high (for me) I drank a bottle of organic beet juice and had a glass of A2/A2 milk. (I am not a milk drinker) Felt better within hours. IDK if that would help out or not.
