I'm a skinny guy. I'm only 145 lb and 5'11". I'm looking to put on more mass and get more appetite improvements. Any advice when it comes to Nutrobal? Should I run it at 25 mg a day or should I try something else? I have a hard time getting in my carbs and protein.
