Any suggestions on supplements for heart health? I’m thinking of first starting with a magnesium supplement.
@GHgut4life here’s an example of the last week of my current meso cycle with weight amounts, number of sets, and reps.
I do cardio about two times a week usually on my off day, which is Wednesday, and fasted cardio first thing Friday morning. I do thirty minutes on an inclined treadmill each time.
