Bros don't overcomplicate things. Growth hormone very easy to use. All you got to do is run it. Two IU's per day. That's the perfect dosage.

Bros you should get an air fryer. You can cook tons of chicken in it. It comes out really good.

Bros Equipoise is a really good option. I like to do 300 mg a week, and I like to stack about 250 mg of testosterone with it.

Bros even on maintenance I still like to hit at least 15 or 18 sets. Just keeps the workout more fun doing 2 or 3 sets per exercise.
