Bros, frozen food is never a good option. You can get away with frozen fruits and vegetables. That's about it but when it comes to meats you got to get it the right way.
Bros, you will be fine. We all have been through back issues but make sure you're stretching and make sure you're getting your spine more decompressed. That will help alleviate the pressure.
