I'm 149lbs so 110lbs is high for me. You shouldnt judge me.

started using lgd and went hardcore, picked up 110lbs for a chest press and hurt my wrist :cry: i realize its stupid but already did it and now my wrist is hurting like a serious sprained wrist, went to the doctor they put a small cast on it what do I do now? I can train legs and keep using lgd...
