Oh also, I was wondering, for what I'm trying to do, should I still be using creatine pre-workout or is that just going to cause excess water retention? Do you guys still use creatine when trying to get more lean/cut?? Or only when bulking?

How much more cardio than running 2-3 miles a day is typically recommended? Unfortunately I only have so much time to spend working out so I have to try to balance things the best I can.
