    how to change weight training around joints

    I’m 55 years old and my joints feel like they’re 100 years old. Especially my elbows and knees and my hips. All so aren’t doing me any favors. I’m wondering what you guys think about changing up the way I weight train to compensate for the bad joint issues. Is this something that you recommend?
