Yeah bro, really a game changer. The way my training program is set up is week 1- no drop sets, week 2- 1 drop set, week 3-2 drop sets, and week 4- 3 drop sets... then repeat. Drop sets are only added to certain movements labeled with an * next to it.
Thanks! Can't wait to start putting on some size. Might be a little harder than I though, as far as eating goes, lol I already upped my carbs and dont see much change, but it is only week 2.
