Use to track everything religiously then found myself getting frustrated when people were on a machine I needed or I had to go out of order so it would mess up my log book so this yr I didn’t track anything and made the most progress I ever have.

My training has changed dramatically over the last few yrs I don’t lift super heavy anymore it’s mainly full ROM, slow negatives with a slight pause in the hole and follow up my main compound movements with more volume like dropsets and supersets.
