Yes sir. My diet has been good. I meal prep a bunch of hamburgers patties and chicken with broccoli today so I will mostly be eating that this week.

Thanks bro. On a different note I was back drinking the last 3 months. I was not nowhere close to where I was in the past with the drinking but nonetheless, i was still drinking alcohol. I’m a week fully sober today.
