Lunch- steak wrap with lettuce and cheese and two protein muffins
Dinner-chicken, broccoli and carrots
Snack- protein yogurt,, protein bar, protein cookie
I went to the gym today but I can’t post my workout because my app is built around the new gym and the equipment there but I did chest work workout and ab workout today
The appetizer is Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, chipotle chicken tenders, and Southwest eggrolls. The other one just a quesadilla from a Mexican place.
