Nah bro that’s doubtful, it’s been 10 weeks, I think I was more than likely running in a deficit for roughly 4 weeks.

I’m not at all pleased bro. I think injuring myself was a bit of a downfall and on top of that my training wasn’t optimal as I said, I’ll continue training and slowly but surely tweak training to a better way.

Nothing has changed in terms of my training, I’m just going to cut my cycle short as I feel I’m not as dedicated as I should be, my training is 4-5 times a week but my diet isn’t dialed in - I have a 5 week overseas holiday booked soon.
