Managed to do legs tonight and once again focusing on perfecting form as opposed to lifting heavy.
Managed to actually get a nice pump even though the weight was light!
I do struggle psychologically with doing particular leg exercises due to previous injuries so I will gradually...
New job is working remotely
So fly to the other side of Australia - work for 2 weeks and fly back home and 1 week
Will post some pictures in the coming days of the new gym while away as well as the food provided 🙏🏼💪🏻
Eating has been good for the most part, I didn’t meal prep on the weekend as I’m starting a new FIFO job tomorrow
So meals and workouts will be changed up a bit.
