I am 25 years old 5’8’’ 145 pounds Never used steroids before. I want to put on a lot of size. Tired of being nerdy and skinny. My friend was my size and he took steroids and went and worked out and gained like 40 pounds but then lost almost all of it. How do I keep my gains?
