    splitting up my muscle groups

    My plan is like this. Is this a good plan be honest? Once a week workout my back, shoulders, and legs. twice a week work out my biceps, calves, and abs. Then do my chest on other days along with triceps. this was a program my friend recommended cause he said it hits different muscle groups.
