are there any good cortisol supplements out there? I'm getting a lot of swelling and want to lower my levels. 5AT and 7OH seem promising but how would I use them?

This is going to be my first cycle a bit scared of course. A little about me 180cm 85kg lean fairly. My plan is to really bulk up like 30lbs. Been reading and found EQ and omnadren. This cycle is good? how would I put the compounds together.
