Diet can always be better. I don’t weigh food or meal prep. I work away from home a week at a time without the ability to cook. I try and order and eat as clean as I can ( good proteins, greens, some carbs). Last night was steak, mushrooms and a salad. But I can definitely be more disciplined.
I ate a little salad with some chicken last night but it has definitely curbed the appetite WITHOUT the nausea. Now that it has kicked in I dropped to 1 pill (7mg) today to see how that works. I will report back. Thanks for all the info. Only reason I come here, lots of smart folks.
*update* today which is day 5 or 6 has been completely different. I did nothing different, 2 tablets (14mg) first thing AM with water. Did my normal routine, had a small snack at noon and haven’t even thought about eating since then. Definitely took longer than the injectable to kick in, but...

It’s the 7mg pills from umbrella. It didn’t take long when I used it as an injectable, but I felt like shit. Wanted to see if the pills were better but haven’t even noticed that I’ve taken anything .
