It’s Ultima product, I believe it is made in China no matter where you get it in the world, might as well get it from the source. Also been running it for 3 years and never had an issue, bloods always great and never once had pip.

We rarely eat lamb since it is so greasy, mostly pork and chicken with the occasional beef and try to do fish once or twice a week.

34g come from my EFAs and the rest was meat fat which is also an estimate. What should I be keeping fats at?
