still pretty cut up and bruised up so taking the rest of the week off training and getting back to it on Sunday. Diet has been good around 180g protein 120g carbs and 120g fats. Basically been chicken and rice 3 times a day.
Kind of embarrassed to admit this but I’ve had to take a few days off from the gym. I had a couple sheep get out of their pasture the other night at 4 am and in the process of getting them back in I got tangled up in a barbed wire fence and cut up everywhere. Should be good to go back to working...
Did you get bloods done before starting the cycle? I would think 4 weeks in on 500mg should have you well above 1500 but without prior bloods to see where you started it’s hard to tell. You should however in the future use the approved sponsers on the forum.

Watch didn’t seem to be working right today and heart rate and calories so I just used the same as my last push day with the same times.

Also @GHgut4life i pin daily subq, have for over 3 years, that’s why my injectable doses are always a little odd like 525 for the test c. I like nice whole numbers so I do 75mg a day or .3ml
