looking for a simple stack doing test and primo for 16 weeks
was curious about doing test 500mgs a week and primo 600mgs a week
my goals are recomp. Gain muscle/lose fat type of thing.
5’11’’ 205lbs and 15% body fat. 45 years old
any advice on dosing primo?
