My goals are more appetite and better sleep/anti aging I’m 45 years old and I’m around 166 lbs and 6 ft tall I want to take nutrobal.. my friend who is older took it and he swears by it. Would 50mgs a day for 12 weeks be a good dose? What else would you run with it for my goals?
