I don't know. I like the golden era of physiques better than anything. Guys back then weighed 170 or 180 lb and were still huge. -

Bros, I like the Golden Era a lot. I got a lot of respect for that time. That was before the crazy physiques we see today.

I definitely think today in a meat head gym you'll find guys who look as good as some of the top guys from the golden era.
