I think that gloves are the worst thing ever. You ruin your hand strength and your forearm strength.

I think people spend too much money on these things. You've got to be smart the way you implement them. Sometimes they can backfire.

Nah I respect Milos. He does know his stuff on bodybuilding. I don't think he's that bright of a guy but on bodybuilding he knows it.
