I am at 30 min right now for 2 of the 4 days and the other 2 are more high intense like sprints then the other day is one minute on one minute for 20 minutes I think I will add 10 minutes to that so full 30 minutes of one minute on one minute off ..the one minute on is full run as fast as I can...
