The usps usually can track what address they delivered to I had a issue with fed ex once and they already picked it up before I even called and was working on sending to right address but the person who got it signed for it and they could have been the one who contact fed ex saying wrong...

If it’s a different tracking number it’s a different package I would assume because the tracking number is what gets scanned as it goes through the different facility.. that is weird for sure I wouldn’t say that is suppose to be your hgh Iol just because of different date and different tracking...
