I would not overcomplicate arm training. If you're working your back and you're doing a lot of pulling exercises, you're going to hit your arms that way.
well hgh is pulsing. so obviously if you run it 7x a week you get 7 extra pulses a week. but you don't HAVE TO. if you do 5x a week that is fine too. its not like steroids where you have to stay on it consistent. your body is producing hgh during that
@xyle9999 always enjoyable to seeing your updates. One thing about you is that you're a strong as hell even though you do so much cardio. It just proves that it's BS when people say that cardio is bad for strength.
