I have 4 bottles of lgd4033 but not sure how to run this stuff properly I'm 22 years-old 6ft 2in and 138 lb my goal obviously as you can guess is to bulk up. I have been training for the past six weeks but not seeing any results yet My friend sold the stuff to me but he's as clueless as I am
