    Oh yeah you can get crazy stimulus to the lats with the single arm pulldowns. I’ve been working real hard to improve my lats this off season.

    Thank you my man. When I started using gear, I decided to grow my hair out just incase I end up losing it. I had never grown my hair this long, and it’s holding up well with the steroid use. Road to the open but with hair 😂
