I'm pretty new to steroids. I'm 5 ft 7 in and I'm around 165 lbs. I'm 28 years old and I would like to try to bulk up I'm interested in trying Deca. I would like to put on some good size. Do you think 500 mg a week is a good dosage or should I use something else?
