    Great workout sessions brother. Some of your exercises will need to increase weights now. If you are still able to complete your sets with exact same reps til the end, it means that weight isn't challenging enough for you anymore.

    I'll be real, it's such a demotivating time. The lifts I used to easily do, now I have to dial back. It does crush your motivation. Life mood wise it's been ok. So long as the e2 is kept in check it's not so bad.
