    best way to use test and anavar?

    26M, 6’1’’ 228lbs. I want to use both test and anavar. What is a good dosage that I can start with if I want to grow and recomp? I was thinking of going with 300mgs a week of test and then adding 50mgs of anavar with it. Would 12 weeks be good on both? Or should I aim for something else?
