I like BPC and TB500. For BPC you want to inject it at the injury as close as possible. For TB500 you can inject it anywhere. I would go with 0.5 mg to 1 mg every day and be consistent.
Like all these peptides, try with a smaller dosage and see what happens. Maybe 100 or 200 mcg. If you don't see the results you want after a few days, then you can start increasing it.

When it comes to testosterone, you definitely want to use it from 200 to 500 mg a week. I would not go any higher in your situation; it's just not necessary.
