CJC-1295 for recomping effects

excited to be using cjc-1295 and wanted to see what you thought about my cycle I want to do.
I’m around 210 pounds and 5’10’’.. my conditioning is poor, I need to get into better shape. I want to cut down some body fat while keeping or gaining muscle.
My plan is Taking it before bed, and using 250 mcg twice a day.. When should I take my first dose? And do you think this is a good protocol for 10 weeks?

take 250mcg per day and only before bed with cjc and see how you feel
dont go 500mcg yet

I'm fairly sure that this is NOT the best choice for a recomp.

How's the diet and cardio? Fix those first
 
500 mcg is too high. I would just take 200 mcg per day, only
 
If I was you, I would do 125 mcg twice a day.
 
CJC works pretty good. But no reason to run 500 mcg total per day. Cut the dose in half.
 
I would actually do 100 micro grams 3 times a day, try that.
 
You definitely want to Stack it. I would go with some before bed and try that.
