Never used Tren more than 100 mg a week. Thoughts?

38 years old and I want to really push my body over the next couple years. I'm currently 216 lb and 5 ft 10, with 12% body fat.
I'm interested in getting back into using tren. I've used it 3 or 4 times but I've always stuck to 75-100 mg a week. I'm interested in running it higher. Do you think I should increase the dosage to 300-400 mg a week or do you think I should stick to 100 mg a week? My side effects were not bad at 100 mg a week but I don't feel like I was getting everything I could out of it.

When it comes to tren, the key, I'll tell you the key, the key is high quality. Make sure you use Beligas or Pharmaqo. Domestic supply has both.

Dosing tren anywhere from 150 to 350 mg is perfect. You really don't need any more than that. You'll get great results.

Bros, this is how I would play this: tren 250 mg a week, anavar 50 mg a day. That's all you need.

Tren is definitely the GOAT but it needs to be respected. This is why you should run N2Guard 7-10 capsules with it. I would also stack either T-bol or Anavar. Those are mild options.

Keep it simple. Do 8 weeks:
- Tren ace 50 mg every other day
- Test prop 50 mg every other day
- Anavar 25 mg a day
And add the supplement n2guard
