Log Update:
Met up with the boys this morning and got stuck into a proper chest & triceps session.
Definitely glad having
@Southern Cross Labs Test E

and EQ

ticking along in the system. Strength held up even with the heavier loads, and I was able to keep the intensity high right through.
Mots-C

from
@War Born Peptides is honestly becoming a staple for me.
Hard to explain unless you’ve run it — but energy just feels “there” all day. No peaks no drop-offs. Training in a deficit is way more manageable and I’m not dragging between sets.
Anavar Wrap Up:
Closed out the Anavar run from
@Raptor Labs.
Main takeaway — clean cosmetic changes.
Physique looked tighter, leaner, bit more “etched” especially under good lighting.
Strength wasn’t crazy but definitely noticeable on certain lifts, and it felt great pre-session.
Only real side was joints feeling a bit dry — elbows and shoulders mostly — but nothing that slowed me down.
Short run, solid outcome.
The Cut:
Last week of the deficit now.
Calories pushed down to 1800 for the final push. It’s one of those phases where you’re not relying on motivation — just ticking boxes and getting it done.
Hunger is up, energy is still holding, and visually I’m the leanest I’ve been to date.
Reverse phase is next — and honestly, I’m ready for it. Time to bring food back up slowly and start performing again.
What’s Next:
Heading into my first proper growth phase under @Coach S.
Looking forward to doing it properly — controlled, structured, and actually making the most of the rebound.
Had thoughts about trying Tbol, but I’ll leave that call with the coach and focus on executing the plan.
Current Feelings:
Energy — Consistent
Mood — Dialled in
Condition — Leanest I’ve ever been
Everything is moving in the right direction.
I want to Shoutout to my sponsors:
Appreciate the backing — makes the process that much smoother.
