2026 Training/AAS/Peptide Log

Hey brothers. I finished a pretty aggressive cut. I use to be a runner and tained in the gym 2x per week. But i've decided to give up/slow right down on the running as i've been really enjoying going to the gym. The logs act as a measure to keep me accountable and they're really fun. I have a hair/skin log on EF if you guys are interested in that sort of thing.

My goals are to recomp, titrate my calories up to a comfortable amount and just stay lean. Stay lean and try to get as strong as possible in my rep range.

Height: 184 cm
Weight: 75kg

My training split as follows, i'm still working out the perfect volume/frequency so alot of trial and error;

Pull/Hamstrings
Pulldown 2 sets
T bar row 2 sets
Nautilus single arm row 1 set
Kelso shrug 1 set
DB alternating curl 2 sets
Preacher 1 set
Seated ham curl 2 sets
Calf raise 2 sets

Push/Quads
Nautilus press 2 sets
Pec dec 2 sets
Nautilus shoulder press 2 sets
Lateral raise 2 sets
Tricep extension 3 sets
Leg extension 2 sets

Hello. You’re overcomplicating it. Your results will come from training progression recovery and slowly increasing calories not adding more compounds. At your current intake you’re likely under-fueled for a recomp.
