Primo + test E ?

6’2’’ and 165lbs. I have a lean physique but I don’t have a lot of cuts to my muscles if that makes sense
do you like using your primo with test E and what would be a good dosage to use that together?
Would 500mgs of primo and 300mgs of test be good? Or should I reverse it and do 500mgs test and 300mgs primo?

If you want amazing Primo, you definitely got to make sure it's high quality. I'd recommend a minimum of 500 mg a week. Don't bother with anything less.

Primo is pretty weak. I'd much rather go with Equipoise. That is the highest quality and it will have much better results.

You can go with a 12 week recomp stack as follows:

Week 1-12: Testosterone Enanthate: 400 mg/week

Week 1-12: Primobolan: 500 mg/week

Week 6-12: Anavar: 40 mg/day

Don't forget your bloodwork with a pre-cycle (baseline) for Total testosterone, free testosterone, LH, FSH, Estradiol (E2), SHBG, ALT/AST (liver enzymes), Lipid panel (HDL, LDL, triglycerides), Hematocrit, hemoglobin, andKidney function (BUN, creatinine).

Mid-cycle (week 5–6):

Monitor for estrogen spikes, liver strain, and lipid disruptions. Use AI or adjust dosing if needed.

Post-cycle (4–6 weeks after PCT):

Confirm HPTA recovery and ensure normalized liver enzymes, lipids, and hormone levels.

Bros, primo is really good. 400-600 mg a week is perfect. It's definitely one of my favorite options.

Primo is a terrific option if you want lean muscle mass but don't expect miracles on it. I would do it at 500 mg along with 400 mg of testosterone. That's perfect.
