Napsgear's customer support is a clown show. My experience with them has been a total headache. There was an extra item in my cart I checked out not noticing. I notified them about it right when I made the order asking for and asked for that one item to be removed and to be given store credit and honestly, it’s like talking to a brick wall.
You’d think that would be straightforward, but nope. It turned into this endless game of email tag with customer support. Every time I gave them the info they wanted, they’d just send back the same generic lines:
Here’s the kind of stuff you get:
And then another day or two later:
Like, I explained it clearly multiple times, and it’s like nobody actually reads what you send. I even told them what I already received so they wouldn’t refund that part, but nope, just more of the same copy-paste replies. Sometimes it was almost the exact same message word-for-word, just with a different time stamp.
After all this, they end up shipping the order anyway, after I’d specifically said to stop it and refund the part I didn’t want. I got an update that literally said:
Like… what was the point of all the back-and-forth? I kept giving them the info they asked for, over and over, and nothing changed. Support just keeps repeating the same stuff, asks for info I’ve already given, and then after a 2 week delay they shipped everything anyway.
If you ever need to change anything or get help after you order, good luck. The whole thing just felt super slow and unhelpful. Wish I’d known before and definitely wouldn’t order from them again.
