Tonight I just did some cardio 2 miles and a lot of isolated arm wrestling drills along with some heavy band work on the table. Really trying to get my pronation above 80lbs and riser above 60lbs.
Fux boys been busy AF. Great day yesterday got a lot of good matches in and felt pretty darn strong. Lot of yard work today gym session later on. I'll really be starting more heavy lifting probably 1 set out of every 3 that I do will be at a heavier weight. Time to make strength gains for sure...
