Push day focused on lower weight and slowing down the reps and really squeezing the muscles hard and creating a good pump.
Incase i haven't posted my current stats and goals in a while here they are.
Push/Pull/Leg split preformed 3 days a week cardio 45 minutes...

Today i decided i would focus more on the squeeze and hold instead of how heavy the weight is for my movements.
I somehow still hit a standing Ez-Bar Curl pr today, 15 reps is the most ive ever done so far this year with that bar.
Pump was absolutely excellent...
No leg show because they still are trash 😂 not much to show, i am working very hard with improving them, i hope with utilizing belt squat and putting mote of the load on the lower body i will see some good results over time.
Look into adding proviron with the decca it will work in the background and do some amazing things, helps lower shbg letting you utilize more free test also helps with the prostrate and will balance put dht/dhn in the body, it is a workhorse compound, 20mg a day should be good.
