Personally I like to keep my test around 250-300mg I see great results running it at those mgs it's a nice sweet spot imo not super high not super low.
Any time you use something that will add muscle and boost performance even creatine you aren't natty. Not that i5 matters much 99% of people aren't lol

I've really started focusing on one arm Pull-Down for the lats and going heavier on this utilizing the cables, I get a really nice activation and I can really squeeze and hold, I also like to utilize negative resistance by going as slow as possible on the way up...
