Lunch- chicken with a cup of brown rice
Dinner- steak and mixed veggies
Snack- 1/2 cups of almonds, protein bar,string cheese, protein yogurt and omega-3 mix

I have a question I do a lot of exercises for my chest and but my pecs are not being built. Since I was a kid I always has a bird chest so just trying to figure out if there is anything I can do?
