I mostly do negative set now. I do 5-10 minutes b4 my workout and then I do the rest when I can. I wake up at 4:20 am and I’m at the gym at 5 when they open and I have to leave at 6 so I can be at work at 6:30. I wish I had the time to do all my cardio before my workout I just don’t.
Diet
50 g Protein shake with honey and oats
Breakfast - protein shake
Lunch- salad with chicken
Dinner- steak and broccoli
Snack- 1/2 cups of almonds, omega-3 mix, string cheese
I don’t have any. Two things I never wanted to do when I started this journey was take pictures at the gym and count my calories and macros to an exact number.
