Today I rested with how tired I felt I ended up sleeping the whole day. I did do some mobility

Cardio: 1.5 hrs butterfly swimming alternating each 50 yard between frequency and intensity
Diet : 3 cups of coffee
Sounds good what were thinking for bicep volume ?
Also I noticed that I tend to rest every other day so I’m now doing a full body then cardio day. The exercises haven’t been changed at all so I can still continue to progress on them
